Soviet-Polish comedy picture by Juliusz Makhulsky about the adventures of the Chicago mafiosi in Odessa during the NEP. In the film it is easy to recognize Deribasovskaya, Primorsky Boulevard, Potemkin Stairs and Odessa Sea Port.
